Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Fazey, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I subscribed but Pro features aren't unlocked.
Open the Profile tab in the app and tap Restore purchases. This re-syncs your active Apple subscription. If that doesn't work, force-quit the app and try again. Still stuck? Email us with your Apple receipt.
My transformation failed or returned an error.
AI generations occasionally fail due to network issues or content policy filters from our AI provider. Try again with a different photo, or wait a moment and retry. Our AI provider may refuse photos that contain certain content (violence, explicit material, copyrighted characters).
How long does a transformation take?
Typically 20–60 seconds depending on the effect and current AI server load. Pro users get priority processing and HD output quality.
Are my photos used to train AI models?
No. Your photos are sent to our AI provider only to generate the requested transformation, then deleted. They are never used to train any AI model. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Fazey subscription to request a refund. We don't directly process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
I want to delete my data. How?
We don't store your photos beyond the duration of each transformation request. Email privacy@aiedit.app to request deletion of any other personal data we may hold (subscription transaction logs, etc.).
What devices does Fazey support?
Fazey currently runs on iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later. iPad and Android support are not yet available.
